Immediate Hire – Avionics Technicians (RTS / Heavy Maintenance)
We are hiring experienced Aircraft Avionics Technicians in Mesa, AZ to support return-to-service (RTS), aircraft modification, and heavy maintenance operations.
This is a hands-on avionics role working on complex aircraft systems. If you have strong troubleshooting, wiring, and installation experience, this is a priority hire with immediate interviews.
Pay & Schedule
- $35.00 – $40.00/hr (DOE)
- Overtime: Time and a Half
- Schedule: 4x10 (Monday–Thursday)
- Full-time | Direct Hire
- Benefits start within 30 days
- 401(k) after 60 days
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair aircraft avionics and electrical systems
- Perform aircraft wiring, routing, terminations, and installations
- Install and integrate Com/Nav systems and electrical components
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals
- Support RTS, inspections, and aircraft modifications
- Conduct functional testing and system checks prior to flight
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and quality standards
Requirements
- A&P License (required or ability to obtain within 180 days)
- 5+ years of aircraft avionics or electrical experience
- Experience with:
- Avionics troubleshooting
- Aircraft wiring and installs
- System testing
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred
- RTS / heavy maintenance / MRO experience
- Military aviation background
- Aircraft modification or upgrade experience
